Cryotherapy
One off treatment
By lowering the temperature to -6 degrees it pinpoints the content of the fat cells, causing 20-40% of the fat cells in that area to die. No other structures are affected by this process. The remaining content of the fat cells is then disposed of naturally through the body’s lymphatic system

Aqualyx
Aqualyx®, developed for the non-surgical reduction of localised fat under the skin is a gel-based aqueous solution, which dissolves fat and is biocompatible and biodegradable.
Aqualyx® works by causing the dissolution of fat cells. The body then expels the released fatty acids naturally.
Typically 2 or 3 treatments needed 4 weeks apart
Results approx 4 weeks post treatment
Lemon bottle
Lemon Bottle fat-dissolving injections, often referred to as Lipolytic or Lipodissolve injections, are a non-invasive cosmetic procedure used to target and reduce unwanted fat in specific areas of the body. They are considered an alternative to surgical liposuction and are commonly used to treat areas such as the chin, abdomen, thighs, and love handles
Typically 2 or 3 treatments are needed 1 week apart
Results start to shown within a week post-treatment
What to expect during cryotherapy
First of all, an anti-freeze pad is placed onto the area of treatment, to protect the skin. During treatment the fat is drawn into a suction cup before freezing. This will provide a slight pulling sensation and the area will be cold. Within a few minutes the area should go numb. The hand piece will be on the area from 30 minutes to depending on the size of the area being treated. Post treatment you can return straight back to work however the area may feel sensitive for up to 10 days
What to expect during fat injections
We start by adding some numbing cream to the area and then add a number of small injections across the area. This is a relatively pain-free treatment and takes approx 30 minutes from start to finish.
Post-treatment, patients can expect some swelling, redness and skin irritation and tenderness in the area treated, which will subside after four to six days. There is no downtime from work
